John Garbarini is an acupuncturist licensed in New Jersey, NY, Mass, CT, and PA. He has been practicing in the Tri-State area for 3 years now. John graduated from the Eastern School in Montclair, NJ in 2002 and practices a number of types of acupuncture, including Japanese, TCM, and 5 Element.

Acupuncture is used to re-wire the body's energy,from where it is in excess to where it is deficient. In many respects, acupuncturists are glorified "cable
guys." The human body operates on different planes spiritual, corporal, electrical, etc; and acupuncture taps into these various levels of energy and balances them out, so the body can reach homeostasis, which is the medical term for a body's operating at top efficiency.

Acupuncture needles are 1/1000th the thickness of a flu-shot needle, and the needles push the cells out of the way. Most patients reach a state of intense relaxation a few minutes after the needles are inserted. The needles are used once and thrown away. Acupuncture works great on chronic and acute conditions alike.
