From Parkway North Exit 168 - bear right towards Westwood and go through 3 lights, the second street on the right is Third Avenue. We ae one block down on the right side. Big burgundy and gold Hot Yoga sign on building.

From Route 4 - take Forest Avenue Exit, travel north towards Westwood on Forest Avenue. As you approach Westwood, Forest Avenue will split, bear right towards Westwood, continue through one light which is Mill Street and we are 1.5 blocks on the left with a big burgundy and gold Hot Yoga sign on the building.

From Parkway South to Exit 166 - go right to stop sign, turn right and go to next stop sign and turn right again, make left on to Pascack and go to 3rd light and make a right onto Washington ave, after you go through the 2nd light make your 2nd right onto Third ave. We are 1.5 blocks on the right side.
