If I can't get to a studio to practice in class, will I get any benefit from practicing at normally heated room?
We would reccomend that you get some heaters and start practicing in the heat. The lowest effective temperature is 85 degrees. The ideal temp is 105 degrees with appropriate humidity--between 60-70 %.
If this is completely impossible to arrange, then move more slowly and carefully, and breathe more deeply into the postures
