DIRECTIONS...

From Parkway North Exit 168 - bear right towards Westwood and go through 3 lights, the second street on the right is Third Avenue. We ae one block down on the right side. Big pink, gold and purple Bikram Yoga sign on building.

From Route 4 - take Forest Avenue Exit, travel north towards Westwood on Forest Avenue. As you approach Westwood, Forest Avenue will split, bear right towards Westwood, continue through one light which is Mill Street and we are 1.5 blocks on the left with a big pink, gold and purple Bikram sign on the building.

From Parkway South to Exit 166 - go right to stop sign, make right and go to end, make left and go to 3rd light and make a right, after you go through the 2nd light make your 2nd right. We are 1.5 blocks on the right side.
